small red onion, chopped
3 tbsp.
GOYA® Minced Garlic
1 lb.
baby kale
1 tsp.
GOYA® Adobo Light All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, or to taste
1 can (15.5 oz.)
GOYA® Cannellini or GOYA® Organic Cannellini, drained and rinsed
Step 1
In large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, and cook until tender. Add garlic, and cook one minute more.
Step 2
Stir in kale and season with Adobo. Partially cover pan, and cook until kale begins to wilt.
Step 3
Stir in beans. Cook partially covered for two more minutes, until flavors have combined and kale is tender.
