Prepare it in only three steps with GOYA® Cream of Coconut and GOYA® Coconut Milk, along with other seasonal ingredients such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of rum… or not, if you want a non-alcoholic drink. You can package it in a beautiful bottle, this fabulous cocktail makes the perfect gift during the holiday season. 1 can (15 oz.)
GOYA® Cream of Coconut
1 can (13.5 oz.)
GOYA® Coconut Milk or GOYA® Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
1 can (12 oz.)
GOYA® Evaporated Milk
½ cup
GOYA® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup
golden rum
1 tsp.
vanilla extract
½ tsp.
GOYA® Ground Cinnamon, plus more for garnish, if desired
⅛ tsp.
ground nutmeg
GOYA® Cinnamon Sticks, for garnish (optional)
Step 1
In bowl of blender, combine cream of coconut, coconut milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg. Blend on high until mixture is well combined, 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Pour coconut mixture into glass bottles, cover. Transfer to refrigerator. Chill until cold, about 1 hour.
Step 3
To serve, stir or shake bottle well to combine. Pour coquito into small serving glasses. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
Note: Store coquito refrigerated for up to 4 to 6 weeks.
