Keep these cubes in your freezer and elevate the flavor of all your drinks. This fantastic Fruity Coconut Water Ice Cubes recipe is perfect to enjoy at any time and especially during summer days. You only need 4 ingredients: flavorful and hydrating GOYA® Coconut Water, GOYA® Guava Nectar or your favorite nectar flavor, lemon zest and juice, and mint leaves. Add this blend to ice cube trays and freeze. Put them in punch bowls, pitchers with water, or in individual glasses to add flavor and freshness to your favorite drinks.

GOYA® Guava Nectar (or your favorite flavor of GOYA® Nectar)

Step 1
In large pitcher, stir together coconut water, nectar, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Step 2
Place one mint leaf in each ice cube space.
Step 3
Pour coconut water mixture evenly into ice cube trays.
Step 4
Place ice cube trays in freezer, and freeze until cubes are frozen solid.
Step 5
Add cubes to punch bowls or to individual glasses to flavor and chill your favorite beverages.
