2 cans (15.5 oz. each)

GOYA® Low Sodium Black Beans, drained, rinsed

¼ cup

small red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup

medium tomato, finely chopped

¼ cup

packed fresh cilantro

1 tbsp.

chopped GOYA® Fancy Pimientos

GOYA® Adobo Light All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, to taste (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and Drain beans well. Then in bowl of blender or food processor, put in the 1st can of beans along with the onions, tomatoes cilantro, cumin, garlic and pimientos. Puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Step 2

Then add the remaining can of beans, olive oil and lemon juice into the mixture in the blender and puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Step 3

Transfer bean dip to bowl and season with Goya® Adobo Light, to taste. Serve with: assorted cut vegetables and GOYA® Yuca chips.
