A healthy sandwich alternative, these Mediterranean chicken wraps will take your taste buds on a European vacation! Simply toss diced cooked chicken and feta cheese crumbles in a zesty blend of GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, oregano and GOYA® Adobo Light All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper. Place mixture in GOYA® Flour Tortillas – Burritos, then add a fresh touch by topping with GOYA® Fancy Pimientos, cucumbers, GOYA® Black Olives and crunchy romaine lettuce. These wraps are very transportable and require no utensils, so if you’re on-the-go, you’re in luck!

GOYA® Flour Tortillas – Burritos
1 cup
GOYA® Fancy Pimentos, coarsely chopped
¾ cup
GOYA® Black Olives, sliced
1 cup
coarsely chopped seedless cucumber
2 cups
sliced romaine
Step 1
Grate zest from lemon (1 1/2 tsp.) into medium bowl. Add juice of lemon (2 tbsp.), olive oil, oregano and Adobo seasoning. Whisk until blended. Toss in chicken and feta until combined.
Step 2
Divide mixture between tortillas, spreading in a horizontal band (6x3-inch) in center. Top with pimentos, olives, cucumber and romaine. Fold bottom edge of tortillas up and over filling. Fold opposite sides in over filling and roll up from the bottom.
Note: You can prepare chicken mixture in step 1 and refrigerate up to 8 hours in advance.
