This delicious drink is ready in minutes with GOYA® Coconut Milk, GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail, GOYA® Coconut Water, lime juice and rum. You can also skip the rum for a family-friendly version. (from 16.9 oz. carton) GOYA® Coconut Water
1 cup
(from 33.8 oz.) GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail
¾ cup
white rum
2 tbsp.
GOYA® Lime Juice
2 cups
ice cubes
Garnish - 6 fruit skewers:
dragon fruit wedges
pineapple, cubed
kiwi slices
Cherry
Step 1
In blender, mix coconut milk, water, passion fruit cocktail, rum, lime juice and ice until smooth.
Step 2
Divide among 6 glasses piña colada. Garnish cocktail with a skewer of fruit such as dragon fruit, pineapple, cherry and kiwi.
Note: You can omit rum and substitute coconut water for a delicious mocktail.
