Serve this Peruvian inspired cocktail as a refreshing cocktail for summer barbecues or picnics.
1 cup (from one 9.6 oz. can)
1 cup
pisco liquor
¾ cup (16.9 oz.)
GOYA® Coconut Water
⅓ cup
GOYA® Lime Juice
ice cubes
1½ cup
ginger ale
6
lime slices, for garnish
pear slices, for garnish, optional
Step 1
In pitcher, stir together pear passion fruit nectar, pisco, coconut water and lime.
Step 2
Divide mixture, among 6 ice filled tall glasses. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with lime slice and pear slice if desired.
Note: Add dash of bitters to cut sweetness in drink if desired.
