Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers; cook until vegetables are soft, about 7 minutes. Add spinach and garlic; cook until spinach wilts and garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute more.
Step 3
Add cooked rice to large serving bowl. Stir in cooked vegetables; season with Adobo. Serve warm.
