Golden and delicious Black Bean Tacos Dorados! These fried tacos are one of the most popular dishes in Mexico made with creamy and convenient GOYA® Refried Black Beans and GOYA® Corn Tortillas. Perfect for a quick snack or meal!

GOYA® Refried Black Beans

finely chopped fresh cilantro

GOYA® Corn Tortillas
GOYA® Corn Oil, for frying
2 cups
shredded lettuce
½ cup
crumbled Cotija cheese
½ cup
sour cream
GOYA® Salsa Taquera, optional
GOYA® Salsa Verde, optional
Step 1
Stir together refried beans and cilantro; spread over half of each tortilla. Fold over to enclose filling.
Step 2
Pour enough oil into large saucepan to come 1 inch up side; heat over medium heat. In two batches, fry tacos for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown all over.
Step 3
Serve tacos dorados with shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsas (if using) on the side.
